About Julie Camous:

Julie Camous is an internationally renowned Salsa & Bachata artist, teacher,choreographer and performer.She has started her dancing career at the very early age by joining an independent jazz sessions. Her passion for dancing has been growing and developing ever since, what as the result lead her to direct her life plans toward dance as a professional career. After a process of a very demanding and selective auditions, where many talented dancers from all over the world joined to compete for their chance, Julie got acepted to a very presigious dance school in the south of France. This great career developing opportunity gave Julie a chance to perfect her technique and to learn different dances, including: jazz, contemporary, modern, ballet, afro, flamenco and tap dancing. The graduation from her dance studies gave Julie a possibility to share her passion and knowledge with other promising talented dancers by taking up a jazz teacher position in a private dance school. She has also been approached by various numerous dance companies and offered a position of the lead dancer in a contemporary, jazz, operetta and cabaret genres. In 2005 she discovered her interest in salsa and suprised the world of salsa with her amazing talent. After only few weeks from entering the salsa scene she teamed up with Farid Ferchach and started a new very promising career. In 2009 she joined a legendary and world famous dance group UTribe and performed with them during 1 year. Even though she had a great passion for salsa, she kept on working as a choreographer and dancer at a cabaret in Paris, as well as a dancer in a TV series. Thanks to her skills in different dance styles, she became an unique and extraordinary dancer. Inspiring other dancers with her abilities and style, her classes has very fast become very popular at congresses. In 2010 Julie has teamed up with Frank Santos and together they have taken the International Bachata scene by storm. Her talent could not be missed, her sensuality added to Frank's authentic Dominican Bachata made their style and dance unique and extraordinary, what caused the global sensation. Together they travel all around the world teaching, performing, and taking the audience into their world of love, passion and teaching the importance of feeling the music, dance and expression of feelings. They so far already featured on all 6 continents and carry on spreading their passion and talent all over the world.

About Frank Santos:

Frank Santos is one of the most confirmed artist on the Bachata and Salsa international scene. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Frank grew up in Italy where he started to develop his talent in dance. With a background in hip-hop, Merengue and Bachata, Frank started to dance salsa in 2001 and went on to study various styles including Puerto Rican, New York, LA and Cuban. As well as Jazz and contemporary. All these studies helped him to create a style of traditional Dominican Bachata based on the original and authentic traditional Dominican dance and to make the dance more rich with the influence of the most appealing and dazzling elements of other dances. He has taught and performed all over the world, featuring 6 continents and numerous countries like France, Holland, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Israel, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, Kazakistan, Japan, Estonia, Canada the U.S.A and Cuba to name but a few. Frank has made appearances on television and stage throughout the UK and Europe. His television appearances include the BBC's 'Strictly Come Dance Fever' and the 'Trisha' programmes. He has performed with the Leon Rose Project, Iris de Brito, Andrea Stewart and Irene Miguel. His achievements include winning the UISP Italian championship for Cuban and New York-style salsa in 2003, taking part in the Havana Club Tour with Osbanis Tejeda and Lazaro Lopez. Frank's dance group the 'A Yemaya', for which Frank is the director and choreographer, won the 2008 award for the best UK performance. Not long after this achievement Frank moved to Tallinn Estonia, where he founded the F.D.S dance school in 2010. As the part of his project he has choreographed 2 different salsa routines to his 2 student teams, majority of who has never performed in their lives. After only half a year of coaching the group, FDS performace team won the 1st price in UK. Two months later the FDS second group - Girls Performace team was chosen to be in 6 best groups out of 40 to perform in the International Zurich Salsa Festival. Currently Frank is working with Julie Camous, teaching and performing all over the world, recognized as one of the most famous and wanted couple in the Bachata world. The original Dominican Bachata, Fusion and Sensual are the key of their global success. They specialize in teaching how to really feel and love the music and when on the stage they give us a chance to experience the astonishing results of their work. This multi-talented couple not only perform in all of the major events in Europe and all over the world but also can be found judging the most important Bachata competitions like the World Bachata Championships in Madrid and Bachata Cup in Japan and other numerous competitions in Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Canada, and to name but a few. After seeing their work you will realize the drive, love, commitment and enthusiasm they bring to any arena.
